Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original condition and packaging.
To request a return, please contact our support team before sending any item back. Return instructions and the return address will be provided after your request has been reviewed.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
We do not offer free returns for change-of-mind purchases.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We’ll work quickly to offer a replacement or refund when appropriate.
Refunds
Once your refund has been approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method.
Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take several business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Shipping Delays
Estimated delivery times may vary depending on your location. While most orders arrive within the estimated shipping window, occasional delays caused by customs, carriers, weather, or high shipping demand are outside of our control and are not automatically eligible for refunds.
